Friday Pass
$129.00

Day Passes grant you access into all four cooking demo stages and the Tasting Pavilion. In other words, TOTAL ACCESS to every cooking demo taking place on Friday - nearly twenty classes featuring chefs like Joey Altman, Jennifer McLagan, Leonardo Curti, Ted Reader, Raghavan Iyer, Cree LeFavour, Mark Molinaro, Deborah Schneider, Daniel Couet, Diane Morgan, Susan Zimmer, John Manion,  Chris Turano, and more. And, when you're breathless and parched from watching chefs do their thing, wander into the Tasting Pavilion where you'll find thirty-plus wine tables hosted by prestigious importers and wholesalers including Pernod-Ricard, Terlato, Vin Divino, Moet-Hennessy, Rosenthal, Vineyard Brands, Kobrand, etc. Of course, a superb selection of Michigan wineries will be on hand and some fabulous brewers like Bell's, New Holland, Short's, Sam Adams, and Jolly Pumpkin will be serving, as well. Let's not forget our separate General Cigar tent outfitted this year with a Cuban lounge feel. Leo the cigar roller is back again demonstrating the magical art of rolling whole leaves of ultra premium cigar tobacco. And, Traverse City's own Habana Cafe will be muddling and shaking mojitos and serving Cuban apps.   Please note, Tasting classes sold separately.
