In other words, your 2 Day Pass offers TOTAL ACCESS to every cooking demo taking place on Friday and Saturday - nearly forty classes featuring chefs like Joyce Goldstein, Matthew Kenney, Joey Altman, Lori Narlock, Martha Foose, Brian Polcyn, Raghavan Iyer, Deborah Schneider, Daniel Couet, Diane Morgan, Wendy Rahamut, and more. And, when you're breathless and parched from watching chefs do their thing, wander into the Tasting Pavilion where you'll find thirty-plus wine tables hosted by prestigious importers and wholesalers including Pernod-Ricard, Terlato, Vin Divino, Moet-Hennessy, Rosenthal, Vineyard Brands, Kobrand, etc. Of course, a superb selection of Michigan wineries will be on hand and some fabulous brewers like Bell's, New Holland, Short's, and Jolly Pumpkin will be serving, as well. Let's not forget our separate General Cigar tent outfitted this year with a Cuban lounge feel. Leo the cigar roller is back again demonstrating the magical art of rolling whole leaves of ultra premium cigar tobacco. And, Traverse City's own Habana Cafe will be muddling and shaking mojitos and serving Cuban apps with the General guys, too.   Please note, Tasting classes sold separately.
