Handcrafted by northern Michigan knifemaker, Doun Rose, these Epicurean Classic knives will transform your chopping, dicing, carving, and cutting board creativity. The steel is a full grade higher than any of the production-grade knives found in kitchen supply stores. Doun's design is based on a Japanese Santoku knife with enhancements that include a full distal taper, convex edge bevel, indestructible mycarta handles, and superb balance resulting in a center of gravity exactly at the index finger resulting in an unparalleled natural, efficient cutting motion.
