In other words, TOTAL ACCESS to cooking demonstrations featuring a slice of the region's, and nation's top chefs and cookbook authors.  And, when you're ready to turn your attention to wine tasting, wander into the Tasting Pavilion where you'll find over 300 of the finest value wines from prestigious importers and wholesalers. Of course, you'll find a superb selection of tasty brews, spirits and artisanal treats and more.
