A former professional road biker, Korycki attended culinary school at Kendall College and worked at several critically acclaimed restaurants in the Chicago area including time spent under the tutelage of James Beard award-winning chef, Paul Bartolotta. Currently the executive chef at ZAZIOS at the Radisson in Kalamazoo, he'll dig deep in his Italian repertoire to demonstrate the classic dishes Fett'unta, Branzino, and Agnello prepared on the grill.
