Seasonal Cooking At Rancho La Puerta: Inspired Recipes from Mexic's World Famous Spa - Deborah Schneider

The Classic marks the debut of Schneider's new book, Cooking with the Seasons at Rancho La Puerta, following up on the success of her previous effort, Baja: Cooking on the Edge. Rancho La Puerta is one of the world's finest spas and Schneider will showcase seasonal recipes to help you transport that spa-like regenerative experience to your own home kitchen. A certified executive chef care of the American Culinary Federation, as a teen she left Ontario farm country to tour Spain, Italy, and North Africa by motorcycle before beginning her professional cooking career on a yacht in the Greek Islands.
