Modern Caribbean Cooking - Wendy Rahamut
In order to find just the right chef to demonstrate Caribbean cooking, we searched north and south and finally located this three-time author in Trinidad. Wendy is editor-in-chief of Caribbean Gourmet magazine and owns the Wendy Rahamut School of Cooking, in addition to hosting a popular television cooking show, with appearances on the Food Network. Her latest book, Modern Caribbean Cooking showcases the new directions into which Caribbean cooking in currently moving while staying mindful of the rich traditions inherited from African, Indian, and European ancestors. Wendy's goal is to show you how to create fresher, tastier, spicy and delicious island food at home.
