The chef / restaurateur behind Matthew's, Canteen, Mezze, and other extremely popular Manhattan restaurants over the past twenty years, Kenney experienced his come-to-raw moment shortly after 9-11-01 and trained his classical-French skills and love of Mediterranean flavors on making raw food preparation more user-friendly. He has since completed two raw cookbooks including the recently released Everyday Raw. Kenney has been nominated for the James Beard Rising Star Award and appears on the Today Show, Food Network and several morning and talk shows.
