One of Chicago's ultra-talented young chefs, and currently the executive chef at Dine, a 40's-style upscale diner / supper club, Turano brings new energy to this year's Classic. He formerly worked for Ted Cizma at Elaine in Naperville. American comfort food might best describe his culinary leanings but he's also versed in Kosher fare, as he helped create the menu for the Crowne's Metroklub restaurant.
